1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories.

  • Your return request is submitted within 30 days​ of the delivery date.

  • The product received is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (we shipped the wrong item).

Please Note:​ Certain items are non-returnable​ for hygiene, safety, or licensing reasons. This typically includes, but is not limited to:

  • Digital downloads, software licenses, or online subscriptions.

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Products marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or sold at a significant discount.

2. Refund Process

  • Inspection Required:​ Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify it meets our return eligibility criteria.

  • Approval & Processing:​ If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method​ used for the purchase.

  • Timing:​ Please allow 3–7 business days​ for the refund to appear in your account after processing. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Items returned more than 30 days​ after delivery.

  • Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are not in their original condition/packaging.

  • Items specifically marked as non-returnable​ (e.g., digital goods, custom items).

  • Final Sale, Clearance, or significantly discounted items.

  • Original shipping and handling fees (unless the return is due to our error, such as shipping a defective or incorrect item). Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated by our support team due to our error.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund Request
